Citigroup Bank Headquarters in Tribeca, New YorK

Accurate was contracted to furnish and install ornamental metal at Citigroup Bank Headquarters located in Tribeca New York. Accurate installed 2,000 linear feet of aluminum railing on the rooftop of the building. All railings received a Duranar coating. In addition to the railings, Accurate: engineered, furnished, painted, and installed 15,000 square feet of exterior paneling. Accurate also installed structural steel and louvers at the generators. Last but not least, Accurate provided a site-screen to hide the cooling towers on the roof of the building. The site screen was 50’ in height and ran over 250’! All fabrication of sub-framing and blades were done by Accurate. In addition, all engineering & rigging were also provided by Accurate.

Laguardia Airport

Accurate recently completed the construction of the LaGuardia Airport Headhouse Terminal B project. Accurate was contracted to furnish and install a wide variety of ornamental metal throughout the building. Accurate furnished and installed over 7,000 linear feet of stainless-steel railing, 7,0000 linear feet of stainless-steel base, 9,000 square feet of S.S. honeycomb panels, 5,000 linear feet of stainless-steel enclosure and grilles. Accurate also furnished and installed stainless steel column covers, perforated panels, exterior railings and cladding. Lastly, Accurate furnished, engineered, and installed all Flight Information Display Systems in the Terminal B building. The stainless steel that was provided by Accurate had non-directional finishes and a patterned embossed finish. All stainless steel that was provided by Accurate received a fingerprint resistant coating. All material which required painting, received a powder coat finish at Accurate’s manufacturing plant.

LaGuardia Airport Terminal C

Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators was contracted to furnish and install Ornamental Metal items for the Delta Airlines Headhouse located at LaGuardia Airport – Terminal C.  Accurate scope of work included engineering, detailing, furnishing & installing:

550 Washington Street

Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators was contracted to furnish and install Ornamental Metal items for the Delta Airlines Headhouse Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators – engineered, detailed, furnished and installed over 14,000 linear feet of convector enclosures and 14,000 linear feet of stainless-steel linear bar grilles. All grilles varied in width from 4 ½” to 12”. All grilles were pencil-proof with ¼” spacing in between bars. All enclosures and grilles received a powder-coat finish which was painted in-house at Accurate’s manufacturing plant. All convector enclosures and grilles were also manufactured at Accurate’s plant located in Middle Village, NY.Perforated Speaker Covers

Queens Garage

Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators – engineered, detailed, furnished, and installed 26,000 square feet of exterior façade fin paneling. All fins were custom extrusions to meet the design intent. All supports system and extruded fins received a four-coat fluoropolymer finish complying with AAMA 2605. Accurate also furnished and installed a welded wire green façade wall system on the roof of the garage along with all necessary structural steel supports.

One Vanderbilt

Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators was contracted to: engineer, detail, furnish, and install the following scopes:

• 34,000 square feet of 4” Double-Wall Acoustical Metal Panels

  • All panels received a standard powder coat finish

  • All panels were supported with Structural I-Beams & Channels which were furnished and installed by Accurate.

• 32,000 square feet of 5” Hurricane-Rated Extruded Aluminum Louvers

• 14,000 square feet of Architectural Insulated Metal Ceiling Panels

  • All ceiling panels and supports received a standard powder coat finish done at Accurate’s manufacturing plant.

• 10,000+ linear feet of aluminum and stainless-steel convector enclosures and grilles.

• 8,000 square feet of Architectural Weathered Zinc Exterior Paneling

• 100+ Architectural Columns ranging from 24’ to 32’ in height.

Newark Airport – Concourse A

Hudson Yards Tower A – 30 Hudson Yards

Accurate furnished and installed over 40,000 linear feet of perimeter enclosures, aluminum extrusions, and grilles, as well as aluminum blank-off panels where the fin tube element was not installed. All enclosures, extrusions, and grilles were painted with an architectural fluoropolymer Silver Chalice powder coat. In addition to this scope, Accurate was contracted to furnish and install 82,000 square feet of louvers, double-wall metal panels, corrugated panels, and standing seam panels. All walls were structurally engineered and can be seen in the machine rooms of the building as well as the rooftop which is over 1200’ feet in the air!

Jacob Javits Center Transformer Building

The majority of Accurate’s scope for this project took place on the roof of the transformer building. The Javits team wanted to promote their efforts in going green and Accurate helped them display this message by installing over 15,000 sq ft of a green wall façade system. These trellis panels provide the owner with an opportunity to implement a vegetation system on their roof. Adjacent to the green wall façade system, Accurate furnished and installed over 82,000 sq ft of an aluminum canopy system to allow the building to conceal their rooftop units. The aluminum canopy system received an architectural fluoropolymer Interstate Green powder coat finish to emphasize the going green movement!

Goldman Sachs – 85 Broad Street

Accurate provided and installed corrugated metal panels for the exterior perimeter roof wall system. Accurate also furnished a double-wall insulated metal panel wall system at the Elevator Machine Room.

Bank of America – 1 Bryant Park

Accurate furnished and installed an under-floor enclosure system. Accurate provided fixed mullions and baffles that were level with the raised floor and topped off with an anodized aluminum bar grille.

41 Madison Avenue

Accurate furnished and installed anodized façade panels at the entrance of the building. Before installation of the exterior façade panels, Accurate demolished existing panels that were currently installed.

390 Madison Avenue

Accurate furnished and installed 21,000 linear feet of fin tube enclosures and support brackets. Enclosures received a metallic gray powder coat and had stamped louvers as the finish.

111 Murray Street

Accurate furnished and installed over 3,000 linear feet of convector covers in the building. All convector covers which received a "Decorator's White" Powder Coat Finish had perforations on the front and top of each assembly. In addition to the convector covers, Accurate also furnished and installed the wall paneling along the water feature that is displayed in the front of the building.
